The most useful review selected by IndeedWont recommend anyone to work here esp at the MAIN call centre department team.. The Team Leaders are Super biased and the Old Timers there will take advantage of you because u are new. Definitely not a healthy workplace environment filled with gossips.. practically even if u do ur own job u will be pinpointed and shouted at infront of the whole call centre if u do some simple mistake. Instead of talking to you in person to correct ur mistakes. Else wise the job is okay. lovely pantry and an assortment of free drinks. But colleagues wise TOXIC.

No proper training provided for fresh employees and stand in FOM is useless..

Very bad experience with C&W DSTA IFM project..no adequate training for fresh employees and the stand in FOM is useless..pushes all his responsibilities to the TO(s) on site. When being questioned,pushes all.the blame to the new TO(s). Very high turnover of employees due to nature of management ways of handling staffs.. Was approached by them for the job..and they quoted a certain salary amount to which I agree..a few weeks after the interview,they called up and counter their own offer for the salary..who does that?!

Flexible timings depending on sites.
Cons
Stand in FOM not helping and not doing his work.

Meeting people
Assistant Engineer (Current Employee) - Singapore - January 11, 2019
1)Double chcking of lifts which has many breakdowns
2)liase with contractors and town councils
3)Work in housing board flat lifts
4)The hardest part is when need help but no one come
5)Get proper feedback from tenant so as to make me easier to tackle fault.

Good Benefits such as allowance, transport vehicle provided, free lunch
Cons
No long hours
