Simple and easy job. But not really using my degree for the job. Told there was an opportunity for a more permanent role, but was never considered and have watched new grads enter those roles. Lead is nice, but changes frequently and not all understand employee’s workflow or address issues.

Stressful, unorganized

SENIOR COMPLIANCE ANALYST (Former Employee) - Home - December 4, 2017

CVS, while a large and profitable company it is not a great place to work in my experience. The culture, if one could call it culture, is comprised of several different companies, purchased and bonded together seemingly ad-hoc.

got to work from home full time

Cons

Lots of last minute reactive fire drill like projects, avoidable with better planning
