Good Benefits but working days are long

Benefits are the best! Management were nice and so are colleagues. but as CSA taking leaves must be well planned, prepare to cover those on MC and mess up your schedule/plans

Political Workplace

Extremely uncomfortable workstation to work at the commercial site office, very noisy for some departments especially the marketing colleagues kept talking loud, very small space kept changing seats to seats 💺 pretty stressful environment with trolley moving daily.In my position some senior has been surviving for a decade from Bugis. My other full time executive work beyond hours at a deadly time.

Hierarchical and fast paced environment

It's a Singapore-based MNC that behaves like SME at times. Very hierarchical and most of my time was spent pushing papers. A lot of SOPs in place which shows good governance. Pay is not competitive but during its hey-days, the bonus is really good, way above market norms.Work wise, be prepared to be really efficient or you may be buried in (paper)work.

People development

Focus a lot of people development so good for someone who wants to grow and gain exposure. The company structure is a result of years of testing and trying to bring them to where they are, so it is unlikely to fail any employee who joins the place. However, there are management movements on and off, sometimes, it does create a big of insecurity not knowing what is the directions. Otherwise, it's a stable company for someone who wants this kind of life.
