Interaction between staffs is good depending on which project. Support from management is minimal and employees are expected to perform immediately. Off site support is ok only. overall company is good and stable and there is room to be promoted.

Productive and Family Oriented Company

I would like to highlight wellness and family oriented company.However career progression for foreigners lacks for this company. Experienced a positive feedback and commendation of a salary increment on my KPI however on the final weeks prior submission something changed on the system when finally approved by the last approving manager.

most of the tasked assigned are prone to injury,the bosses don't give enough time to finish the assigned task before giving another one. Leaves are normally cancelled on the last minute due to shortage of manpower.

The cool thing is they actually follow their mission statement and they strive to be better. It is a start up environment but you can tell they are sharpening their systems for their employees. Lots of people are friends outside of work so your coworkers motivate you and make you a better employee and keep you motivated.

Quite an independent and relax culture (for office bound staffs)

Office setting for desk bound staff is 9am to 6pm, 5 days week, have quite an independent and relax culture and work life balance eg Festive seasons celebration and half days for office staffs. Different divisions make up a big office environment. All work independently within their divisions of work and do not disturb one another nor do they have inter-departments to be disturbed.

Ensure all M&E equipments, Chillers, Cooling tower, AHU, FCU, generators, air compressors are working in order, Ensure all Preventive & scheduled maintenance are carried out as per the schedule. Closely monitor and arrange for annual licence renewal are obtained within the expiry date,
