micromanagement style, stress environment

No recognition for the hard work! Super long working hours and no OT payment. No direction or vision from management. Very Poor Management, Poor Culture, No Growth Prospect, No opportunities for career development, Pay is low and no benefits and Insurance not covered. It is a micromanagement style and both bosses do not trust their employees at all. Did not keep their promised. Unethical practice.

strict and friendly workplace

Structural Design Drafting Engineer (Former Employee) - Singapore - December 22, 2017

5 and half days at work and I have learned Steel structure and Civil works and construction of POB and Linkway and Commercial building. Management is strict and good. Calculating of steel quantity, weight and doing fabrication for ongoing projects is the most enjoyable.
