Decent, moderate pace, but not very communicative environment.
Pace is moderate, people are generally well-meaning but very quiet and mostly lack drive when it comes to keeping each other up-to-date, following up with tasks, and people are generally not open in communications or issues.

Decent. can be great.
Good work life balance, diverse staff, great team members. Old technology stack, rigid process and lots of documentation. Project Management has room for improvement.

Productive workplace
Follow the SOPs of your department and you will be good. May have alot of things to remember due to different scheme/ policy. Had fun with great colleagues.
