Changi General Hospital
Good place to start off my nursing career, great learning experience and structured teaching. CGH has been around for many years and they have a familial culture within the work place. Great colleagues.

Fulfilled and satisfying
This hospital is a caring hospital that not only provides care to patients but care about the employees who work there. Every year you have employees' survey about the hospital to allow employees to voice their concerns.Recently, they provided a new course called grievances handling for employees to participate to learn about employees' right and channels available to voice their concerns be it big or small. Oh yes, there are gymn and badminton courts for employees to flex their muscles. F&B discounts for employees.

Fast paced and stressful especially during COVID pandemic
Can be stressful when manpower is tight and patient load is high. Generally senior colleagues will guide you if you need help. Only issue is the lack of manpower which means more work per person.

great place to work especially for nurses coming from out of Singapore and if you are looking for professional growth
I have worked with this company for 6 years and only left due to reason that I have to immigrate to United States if not I would have stayed for longer. CGH have taught me a great deal especially in my line of job, it provided me training, supervision, guidance and all necessary equipment I needed and my co-workers in developing our skill and making it proficient. After working with CGH I am more confident with my knowledge and skills as Nurse that I will be able to help address my patient's and community needs more effectively. Also not failing to speak off is the interpersonal relationship that I have built with my managers and co-workers during those years, they have become my strength and friends during those years and I am deeply in great debt with this company having trusted me this opportunity that I will cherish for years to come.
