If you were in charge, what would you do to make Citi a better place to work?

3 answers

  • YES, “It ignites enthusiasm, increases innovation, builds trust, and drives bottom-line results,” Even a simple ‘thank you’ after an employee goes above and beyond on a project, or puts in a series of late nights, goes a long way.

  • (1) Increase budget for automation. Too many process and procedures in Citi are either too outdated or manual. This is a top priority.

    (2) Change employee hiring to a "convertible from contract staff only" instead of direct hires. Contract staff that has proven themselves deserves a chance to be permanently hired. That will ensure employee quality. This scheme should extend to even the regional director level.
