Good benefits, heavy work load and very fast paced. Depends on your department, colleagues are generally collaborative and helpful. Top down culture but manageable.

No work life balance, long working hours, frequent change in directions

Used to be a well sought after company with low turnover of staff. Since change of management and few times change in HOD in 3yrs, staff turnover very high and even long term employees left without goodbye.Its not what you know but who you know typically.
