Worked for about 2 years with no progression. Overworked and underpaid. Handled 13 projects on my own. Tried to ask management for assistance but was turned down.

My working hour is 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. I know about the admin job , Innovation and Productivity job, Receptionist job and other management part also. Their workplace culture is Malay , Indian and Chinese. The hardest part of the job is nothing so much. The most enjoyable part of the job is to corporate each other.
