No Commnets. But typical Incharge. A very challenging diversity at work. Must just followed what your incharge say never have great fun working with non Singaporean as they more thinks about their position.

This Company is start doing business for one year while I join in. I start to key in the transaction from beginning one year ago. Here, I learn Accpac software & maintain co-operation with assistants The company from middle size to bigger size. I'm quite busy work in whole day to handle the account. After three years, company employ another two assistants to help me handle part of account & small other company account

Need a Strong Management
This company need to have proper system. A typical day is where everyone is involved in same issues. there is no delegation and proper SOP to follow. Everyone trying hard to make things work their own way. Expect you to work on weekends with no extra allowances and no VB or performance appraisal.
