good firm but lacks scale
Great set of guys but management culture is very laizez faire. Distributed IT function can cause issues on front to back delivery. The fact the main business silos are so far apart (US, APAC, India) means that infrastructure to facilitate agile and delivery and comms needs to be perfect and it is not. Despite this they can achieve a lot with little and thats mainly due to the biz model.Singapore, IT Lead in Singapore, S00

from a IT side
They have all 3rd party systems. IT is mostly to support. No development at all. Full of IT managers and only meetings. Third party deployments are taken credit of as deliverable sometimes with different names by IT management as "developed solutions". To summarize "Boring meetings and Apathy"What would you say about your employer?
