1. Safety first, but not that safe environment, so non-executive @ non-management employees who work on-site need to be extra cautious as executive @ management employees are mostly in office.2. Very few post for certain department, its a MNC but scale of SME, might need one-man-show and yet high expectation from top management. 3. Management not so considerate as they won't know how's the difficult situation/problems non-management need to face, so advise for non-management might have to voice out and be eager to fight for their own right.4. That's between hierarchy, same level colleagues will be much friendly as some are fresh-entry or junior executive, some seniors will be very helpful and willing to take out their time to teach despite busy schedule.
