I manage to get an interview by sending a resume, i saw the ad on the papers at that time. There will be 3 interviews you will have to go, the 1st one is by their HR, to go through your resume, checking of your qualifications etc then you can leave and wait for their call. Second and third interview will be done together on the same day at different rooms, second interview will be done by the area manager and specific department overall manager. Third interview will be done by your store manager. If you pass all 3, then you are recruited in Cold Storage
