Estabilidade e dificuldade de promocao

Dificilmente ocorrem demissões, assim como as promoções. Empresa muito de cultura tradicional, focada sempre que o funcionário trabalhe mais e mais. Pouco preocupada com o bem estar do funcionário.

Working Culture and Job Satisfaction is very good. Company is constantly evolving to include new technologies and allowing employees to learn. Overall a very good place to work.

Pathetic management with mostly old aged people who are not technologically savvy, company is 20 years behind in Technology use and digital media channels. Do not use money on employees, no training no development.

Pathetic management mostly with old aged people who are not technologically savvy, Colgate Palmolive Pakistan is not MNC in Pakistan, Very poor HR and most of the HR people including director and Managers lie most of the time, Fake promises mostly, If you are honest and want to excell in your career CP Pakistan is not for you, Low pay master, Some employees talk about religious discussions openly at workplace, Bullying if Your team lead doesn't like you all team members will bully you to make their boss happy

I had a great experience in IT, company has great benefits. Very inclusive culture. Management is thoughtful. I would advice to anyone who wants to start their career journey and grow.

Very diverse inclusive and respectful enviroment

My supervisor was great. He got transferred and my contract ended up as well. Good safety environment. The people are easy to get along with. People from all over the world work there from you can learn about different cultures. Great meals serve for Thanksgiving and Christmas for all employees and contractors.

Small town with not all the stores and banks, but enough to get all your basics. If you drive an hour youll get to have everything else
