Blue collar job

-Yearly increment of 2.5%.-GM, OM, HR and management not helpful, always put up a show during regional events, not grateful and appreciative towards employees and comments given are toxic.-High turnover rate.

Eye opening experience

Work colleagues was very helpful and always eager to help whenever i asked for help despite their busy schedule. As an intern, they actually gave me freedom as to how i can achieve a task as long as i completed it. The workplace culture is very family-like. Everyone knows each other type. The most hardest part for me was the fact i was the only female and it felt like certain people looked down on me just because.

Basic salary to low and no any extra allowance given.. u only can depend to Overtime only for extra income. But currently company no planning to run Overtime .. Company name only MNC.. But poor singapore management.

Just average

Not bad, but progression a bit slow. Management kinda messy and a lot of misscommunication. But a very good place to earn money because free flow overtime.

Productivity, Prospective

Collins Aerospace is a good working place. They are opportunities to provide scorlarship to further study and keep on learning. Beside, they are able to take some short course which relevant to work. Good Work environments, Mutual trust and respect, Positive vision.

Good place to work. But if enter at a low pay, increment will be hard. Have canteen and welfare consider quite good.

Its a place that will get you comfortable. Colleagues there are quite helpful. The system there are organised in a way. Parking lots are limited. Mostly ballots

A very fast paced work environment with a lot of requirements. Has a lot of potential to learn new things in your field of work. With too many requirements, you can hardly check in details.

Dynamic and understanding managers and very good colleague

Worked there for 18 yrs. I started off as production coordinator before I was been transferred to Singapore Design Centre to become a buyer and project engineer. I thoroughly enjoyed my work in Collins Aeropace. Not only I have picked up new skillsets, my supervisors were very understanding and care for the welfare of the employees. I am very grateful to their guidance. My co workers were supportive and taught me a log of engineering knowledge. Hope Singapore Design Centre will make a comeback again!

Supportive and collaborative co-workers

Very good place to learn and gain experience in the field of Aerospace manufacturing. Supportive management and experienced shop-floor staffs. Due to multiple status-update meetings, the efficiency gets affected and leads to long working hours. Overall, a good company to work for.

stressful culture

I have 39 machinists reporting to me and need to accountable for all the metrics set by the company for example SRR (Scrap , Repair and Rework) cost , DTM (Days To Manufacturing ) and etc. Besides that need to lead all the improvement projects and customer escape report.

Approaching and team works are excellent.

Engineers and management staff are more encouraged us to achieve company goals in these competitive world. I learned lot of new set up for work wise and approach with other people nicely to develop our team works to solve the issues.

im already resigned in Collins aerospace because the transport company stop ready in October im use public transport but very far .Collins im running the cnc turning machines

Slow paced and mundane

Did not quite enjoy my time at Collin's Aerospace as I felt that the work there were more slow-paced and mundane. There was little innovative going on within the Aerospace Industry and that probably attributed to it.
