Excellent workplace and everyone is friendly and chill. I have learnt a lot of things as an intern. The workplace culture is good. The workload is manageable.

Hectic workloads, pay not up to market rate

Workload is heavy as project always on fire.The pay is OK-ish but not competitive as per market rate.Lots of learning opportunities but all are self-driven.Some projects have toxic leaders and hence culture is similarly toxical.

Bad culture

Must work overtime to show you are hardworking employee If no project, meaning no work for you and no performance shown then low/no bonus/increment. One team is a small company Different team has different work culture, no standard for the company.

Work is fun however deadlines are always tight and there are always last minute OT(unpaid/uncompensated). Work life balance highly depends on the team you are in.

In general this working environment and everything is good. The office is clean with lots of indoor plants. The culture is good also with staffs from around the world.

There is Diversity in the workplace

stable but not so technical

The department is doing great stuff and manager is a very nice guy however the choice of adoption of new technology is too conservative and really not so good for the young engineers to gain experience.

Good Opportunities for locals

Continental Automotive provides immense opportunities if the attitude are right and passion for job. Continental Automotive lags certain issues like Task Estimation but could be local issue, because I do not have exposure for different BUs.
