Productive workplace

Give customers their space but be sure to make your presence be known so you may assist them. Smile and be patient, speak loud and clear, look presentable.

Management Problem.

Having management problem with retail manager , the manager only treats malaysian staff better than singaporeans and i have a friend worked for 3years in this company but the manager only let malaysian new staff to be become outlet supervisor , there is once happen to my mother that she is at hospital A&E and i am not allowed to take urgent leave.

Rotating shift with fixed schedules and off days

Not allowed to take weekend off, event only just once.

Fun place to work

Sales Assistant (Former Employee) - Serangoon Nex - August 10, 2015

All day service customer. Learn customer service and the products etc. Fun working place. The hardest part is to handle customer complain and stock lost. The enjoyable part is talking and servicing the nice customer.
