Mainly contract role for KYC staff, no career advancement, difficult to convert to permanent roles, hence there is a high turnover. Foreigners seem to be more and be in favour, as compared to the locals. Management attains the glory for themselves by accepting more responsibilities FOR the Analysts who had to then do all the work. If you are planning for a kid or have kids and need to drop/pick them from school, this company is not for you as there is no work-life balance and very inflexible for flexible work arrangements.
Very contrasting difference between the Onboarding and PR team - 1 team can go for Long lunch breaks and mid-day breaks and the other slaved into the night on most days, and even to work till/past midnight.
