Great colleagues, learnt a lot in my time there, given that it's the first role out of school, it was a great place to learn the ropes of the working world

The company encourages employees to have a work-life balance as it is part of the Swiss culture. Very supportive in helping employees to be better as a staff also as a person.

The thing I love the most is their wonderful training opportunities. 50% of management are open and approachable. They have a "buddy system" for learning on the job. It is a problem when the department has office "group clicks" . When individuals get alienated this can counter office productivity. They have a steep learning curve if you just started in the industry.

I remember they were entertained with me telling stories on my soft skills e.g. leadership roles in school / my ability to influence others / and how tenacious I am. I showed great eagerness in learning and was high energy.
