very good culture to work at Credit Suisse

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
one of the best companies I have ever worked in terms of culture and work life balance. A great place to learn fro senior leaders. A very good experience as of now in CS and hopefully will remain as is.

Pros

good work life balance

Cons

tasks are imeplemented very late

Bad career progression, bad workplace culture

Bad career progression, bad workplace culture, top-down culture. Majority are contractors, bad job security when operations are shifting to Poland. Co-workers are contractors so constant competition and bad culture to get permanent roles.

Pros

Good salary

Cons

Long hours, bad leadership, dictatorship culture

Relaxed Environment but minimal talent appreciation

Its a good place to work however managment substantially lacks in appreciating the right candidate. My journey is long and I have learnt a lot.
