Good Experience

Interesting work. Base compensation much higher than other companies for junior roles. Good work life balance, and friendly managers. The Changi office is not as nice as the Raffles office.

Good place especially for fresh graduate to start your career. Surround by smart people. risk & compliance is very robust but tedious. Overall, was the best place for me!

No job security

No job security and no latest technology and they fire on the same day due to budget cut and business center expensive in Singapore, it’s better to explore and learn new technologies

Great place to work

Good entrepreneurial way of work. Good team ethic. Fast and challenging but enjoyable and rewarding. All round a good company to work for and highly recommended

they value external hires rather than their own staff

Culture is the worst out of my employment history. You can join CS for the brand name but advise to find another job after a year as the yearly increment/bonus is very little/non existent. Don't waste your time slogging in CS as it is not rewarding.

Competitive work environment. Pays well.

My experience there is not typical. So I do not think it is fair to comment. Applicants should give weight to more recent reviews, if any are available.
