Interesting work. Base compensation much higher than other companies for junior roles. Good work life balance, and friendly managers. The Changi office is not as nice as the Raffles office.

Thumbs Down
Vice President (Current Employee) - Singapore - December 27, 2017
Overly rigid, overly hierarchical, old fashioned bank. There are no visionaries here, just politicians. This is not a place for those who seek professional development. A poorly managed institution who cloaks this by describing itself as "an entrepreneurial" organisation.
If you are a blue-eyed Swiss you will be taken care of (politically as well as job security wise).
Expect no direction from Management (MDs and Directors), as they are out to protect themselves and nothing more. The culture (as such exists) is basically a "free-for-all" where you sink or swim on your own.
The pay is good and colleagues (VP and below) are great. A good place to park for a couple of years, collect a good salary and then move on.
Pros
Good brand on your CV, good salary, great colleagues
Cons
Poor management, way too much politics, "The Swiss Way"

ITCAN - Not Recommended
Senior Business Analyst (Current Employee) - Singapore - December 25, 2016
Before joining, they will treat you like trophy. Once you joined, none will bother about your well-being.
- Worst salary offered to new employees (They want to keep maximum share of salary for themselves)
- No employee benefits - Worst leaves policy ( No medical leaves at all )
- No employee recognition
- No salary hike after 1year… >
- No interaction with employees at all (once you join, you are on your own) - Salary paid on 7th of month
Pros
No Pros

Bad career progression, bad workplace culture
Business Analyst (Current Employee) - Singapore, S00 - July 18, 2015
Bad career progression, bad workplace culture, top-down culture. Majority are contractors, bad job security when operations are shifting to Poland. Co-workers are contractors so constant competition and bad culture to get permanent roles.
Pros
Good salary
Cons
Long hours, bad leadership, dictatorship culture

Good working environment
Operation Executive (Former Employee) - Singapore, S00 - July 5, 2015
Manage equity settlement and option assignment. Handles the queries of RMs. Work has long hours and need to work on holidays. The fun part is the many programmes / training avaiable.
The hard part will be always to be watching out for the various cut off time of working processes.
Pros
Good medical benefits
Cons
Long hours
