The working environment is cohesive and people are generally nice and willing to help. Many long service personnels. The management has changed drastically since 2012, so it has become more like Top down approach and Business does not take "No" as answer. 1st and 2nd line of defence's senior mgmt is pro-business, which led to the downfall of the Bank.

Productive and cordial working environment.

Cordial and collaborative environment. As 2nd line function, we work closely together to ensure compliance to procedures and policy. Superiors were always ready to provide guidance.
