It was ok to work at crimsonlogic. The whole experience with the company will depend on the project you work in. Overall the company is one of the oldest companies in Singapore which recently celebrated the 30th birthday.

Long working hours

work during weekends, nights. Sweat shop. Nice working env though. Friendly and Helpful colleagues. Some bosses are biased. Appreciate the morning and lunchtime shuttle bus

Okay organization

The upper management is too tightly stacked; too many managers, too less developers; pretty sales-focused. Focus is more on selling existing 'improvable' products rather than sale of advanced products that can be developed by including more developers.
