Being with Crystal Jade family is a new venture in relation with job.It was my first time in this field but because i do love cooking and chinese food it become more exciting and productive.Mingle with different type of people helps me become more patient and understanding with our differences.It may not be the course that I finished it inspired me.The food that we serve are good quality of food.At this point in time i want to try other jobs that exactly the field that i studied.

Well known establishment with dated policies and culture

Dated policies/culture Extremely old office Poor compensation/benefits HODs that won't self help HR with no human touch in it - company protects their own welfare over the employees
