Stagnant
Employee (Current Employee) - Tuas - July 4, 2018
Things could have been changed to better if emotional ties are put aside. Old practises still prevail. Old relationship very much treasured. However, too much of these things slow down the rate of change to meet the present world
Pros
Very family inclined work environment
Cons
Benefits not on par with the market to attract more talent, Workplace location too far from town, Long working hours.
