My daily routine at woks

• Handling Incoming & Outgoing shipment

• Invoicing & packing list

• Liase with customer on the phones

• Back up data entry

• Multi task job


I have a learn a lot of working in DHL. The hardest part of my job is when receive scrap parts. And it's very hard to communicate with overseas supplier. And the most enjoyable working in warehouse is learn more things, make new friends, works at a team.

• To ensure that clear and correct details are received from customer at booking stage.

• To communicate with DHL network and local customers to ensure all cargo are properly arranged in line with SOP, customer’s requirements, carriers, local authorities.


• To ensure that all cargo been released / delivered on time without incurring extra charges.


• To ensure proper follow-up with all outstanding matters.


• To ensure that all shipment been handled with smooth situation for import and export.

• To ensure all shipments handled complying with special handling instructions and requirements of customers, customs, carriers and local authorities.


• To ensure all assignments are met within the specified deadline provided.


• To ensure all shipments docs are filed correctly and accurately as per ISO.


• To give idea/comment in meeting, strictly follow company’s policy and attending for all team building activities .


• Take rotation once needed as per management request.


• To ensure good teamwork to cooperate with others to contribute with team leader in developing workload .
