Communicate and manage multiple parties both internal and external to drive the customer projects in order to achieve targets and more importantly meet customer requirements.

The work culture is very process oriented and each team is defined clearly their roles and responsibilities.


The hardest part is the stress and very limited time to achieve targets with various levels of complexity.


The most enjoyable part is the support and mutual sharing between the fellow team mates to tackle the problems faced.

• To communicate with DHL network and local customers to ensure all cargo are properly arranged in line with SOP, customer’s requirements, carriers, local authorities.


• To ensure that all cargo been released / delivered on time without incurring extra charges.


• To ensure proper follow-up with all outstanding matters.


• To ensure that all shipment been handled with smooth situation for import and export.


• To ensure that all shipping advice, debit note, cost details are done timely and accurately.


• To ensure all shipments handled complying with special handling instructions and requirements of customers, customs, carriers and local authorities.


• To ensure all assignments are met within the specified deadline provided.


• To ensure all shipments docs are filed correctly and accurately as per ISO.


• To give idea/comment in meeting, strictly follow company’s policy and attending for all team building activities .


• Take rotation once needed as per management request.


• To ensure good teamwork to cooperate with others to contribute with team leader in developing workload .
