Team dynamic is dependant on your reporting line. It's a German firm but has a heavy local flavour. Overall decent opportunities to learn and grow. Can also look to join other projects and teams. Talent retention needs improvement because a lot of young people leave.

Extremely tiring

Some full-time employees are pretty rude to the contract workers, wonder why.Work is super tiring and not worth all the injuries.Pay is high for the cost of your health.

Legacy software and managers are not technically trained

Worked as an IT intern, the amount of workload is high but there is no proper management of projects and no seniors that are technically trained enough to help. Software is messy with no development framework and no version management.

Overall good company and people but inconsistent opportunity for advancement based on department

Structured organization with good culture but varying benefits and opportunity for advancement depending on which business unit and team you happen to be working in. Certain departments may be favored over others for staff promotions.

Learning with on job training, productive and fun work place

Management are approachable, continuous learning as not always the same questions, friendly work place culture. Enjoyable part making friends with like minded people helping one another.

Workplace / Working times

DHL Office near my apartment convenient transportation. Only 15-30 minutes motorcycle drive. Working time. The traffic is light. DHL offers at Freezone Suwannaphummi Airport more space for motorcycle peaking.

Fun and productive environment

Fun and productive environment, pay was okay for a labour job. Expect lots of overtime when working here. Turnover rate here was pretty high as they hire a lot of part timers.

No work life balance, stressful

Office hours but still need to go back and clear emails or else there will be too much emails to clear the following day. Thus, no work life balance. Staff left the company and no replacements leafing to higher workload and eventually leading to stress. System driven and affecting all departments to hit their personal kpis'.
