Very poor management and culture.

Very poor support from the management and poor working culture. Unsafe work practices with inexperience safety officer and coordinators. No enforcement and all safety personnel and management don't take action on any unsafe act or condition. WSHO always not around and go missing. First time experiencing in this company. Sub con working without RA, SWP, sic not attended and not appointed. Discharge silty water direct to public drain. Just don't care and can do what they want. Authorise should look into this.This is the reason for leaving the company

the working hours is 12 hours and 6 days a week. most Sundays need s to come back to work for overtime. however, most staff including management are very competent in their work and has a high level of safety awareness
