What advice would you give the CEO of DBS Bank about how to improve it?
With DBS open, i can feel the CEO is genuinely keen in addressing some of the staff concerns.But i feel the CEO should look into how the quality the higher management staff and periodically check the line managers/ higher management and their hiring so they don't misuse their authority and only hire staff of their own country only.
