People are friendly, will guide you through if you show you’re willing to learn but the OT culture is too much. converting from contract to perm is horrible even if you deliver well. Fyi, this for back ops

i found the culture at DBS very stifling, management thinks everyone must bow down to them and agree to their whims and fancies.very hierarchical atmostphere

Lousy top management, causing all the problems from top to down. created a white elephant plan, end up leaving company. All the down line have to take up the mess 😑

People are generally nice. Depending on which department, can be long hours. Pay wise is average, can be better. Lean team structure, alot of learning opportunities on the job.
