What is the best part of working at the company?Good Pay and benefits that are aligned to market and industry What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Having to do more every year if some senior managers resign What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Good culture but only the specific department head was not experience in senior management handling thus resulted in many high expectations and deliverables to achieve year after yearWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Very hectic.many meetings around how to achieve KPIs or what are the new ideas or proposed process to implement

Good place to work

Good place to work. People work hard. Expectations are high, however, the worklife balance seems to be ok. Salary is ok, can be competitive. Bonus seems to be optimistic.

Always good to have friends at work and the overall environment in DBS is good and healthy. This bank goes the extra mile in providing benefits and welfare for all staff. It further justifies the point that the bank is a fantastic employer.
