Everyday life is good at work. There is a work life balance and the treatment of employees is always good. Management is quite experienced in terms of people management.

Great Work Culture

Dell is a great place to work and the work life balance is good. Dell culture is good and there is always continuous learning. Dell also actively conducts a lot of social services where most of the employees actively participate and take part in the upbringing of the society.

Greatly values employee work-life balance

Dell's management clearly values it's employees work life balance. Managers trusts their team members in performance even calls occur in the evenings. Co-workers are generally supportive given the right touch points and the right departments are contacted. Love the autonomy and trust given from a management perspective. It's challenging to integrate all regions to form a global consensus. Also, the most rewarding when you find alignment and team work pays off to hit the goal.

A great place to work with!

I have been working for Dell for the last 3 years and 6 months and I have had a wonderful working relation with my peers and seniors. I am only looking for a job change as we are re-locating back to Chennai, India.

Dell is a great company to work for. Experienced people, great culture, nice work/life Balance. A lot of training available in the company. If you want to learn something, there are many on line or fact to face training available for you to choose.
