Friendly But Stingy Management

Management friendly but pay package and benefits are below average. Expect a lot of late nights work but minimum claimables. HR likes to hire a lot of interns and make us work full blast with student salary. Good stepping stone.

Long hours works,

Been work here for more than 10 years, big company with many teams, and they have their own culture. The only common culture is OT :) . Good Administration, system, and learning, but the salary progress is very slow event in good position
