Good place to start your career as you transition from a fresh grad who knows nothing and hone your skills. Get out while you still have worth unless your plan is to "lie flat" from once you enter

mentors are nice and patiently guide you and suggest different types of solutions when you meet errors in your work. there are some bonding activities within the team. gym is pretty good.

How much u learn and how happy U may be may depend on the type of bosses you worked under.. I saw some others are happy in their roles and workload seems manageable.. guess I was the unfortunate one.. haha
