Fair and Honest, but fears change and progression
Reorg Operations (Current Employee) - Jersey City, NJ - January 17, 2018
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI pretty much summed it up in my summary. It's a great place to work at. However, there is a distinct push back against changing anything that has been done over the past 30 years. There is always a fight for trying to enhance procedures or change anything for that matter. It's always the "It's the way we've always done it," mantra that can kind of be frustrating. They are getting better though, some changes are happening but it's still a struggle.
Pros: Better bonuses than most, you get to wear jeans everyday, they do have Work from Home capabilities but depending upon what department you work in it may be frowned upon. Definitely learned a lot, everyone knows their stuff and you can't just "fake it till you make it," kind of thing.
Cons: Stubborn old school mentality in some areas that resist change for the better.

Avoid at all costs
Operations (Former Employee) - Wrexham - January 14, 2020
If you are a yes man then this is definitely the place for you. However , if you value your career , your worth and especially your mental health , avoid at all costs ! For a company that prides itself on mental health and awareness , they totally lack in this area ! Total lack of empathy and support in that regard and used against you

Stressful
Senior Operations Specialist (Current Employee) - Jersey City, NJ - October 20, 2017
The work can be very interesting and sometimes tedious. The firm is very Risk oriented, which is understandable in today's environment. I felt that the management style needed some work. Nobody bothered you unless something was brought to their attention. They did not get out in front of things and were somewhat oblivious to what was happening day to day. The management team was very likable, but had a problem with confrontation. The most frustrating part of the job was that there was really no growth within your own department; however, there were some opportunities to move laterally outside of the area. The best part of the job, I would say, is the company itself. It is a good place to work, with good benefits.

Poor Place to work with very poor culture
Operations Specialist (Former Employee) - Wrexham, Wrexham - May 12, 2017
You are treated by US management like 3rd world country employees.
Staff are not looked after or cared for and so there is poor retention.
The environment is a modern day factory.
Very poor pay for the role that is expected
Poor management and poor facilities.
Worst place I've EVER worked.
Pros
Free tea and coffee
Cons
Everything else

Operations Specialist (Former Employee) - Wrexham, Wrexham - January 6, 2017
Good experience. Really could pay more for what they expect from their staff. You need to be flexible about working bank holidays and an extra few hours here and there
Pros
Free tea and coffee

Productive and enjoyable work place
Senior Operations – Mandatory Corporate Actions (Former Employee) - New York, NY - May 9, 2016
During my time there from management to co-workers the environment was fantastic.
All were hands on, ready to help, incentives were fair, benefits, raise and bonuses were fair. It was a fast paced world but, enjoyable.

High pay with low skills and little room for advancement
IT Operations (Current Employee) - Dallas, TX - January 6, 2016
The roles and responsibilities for your job are unclear, unsatisfying and quite mundane. This company has not invested in tools and are on the low edge of cutting technology.
They do however, offer work/life balance from their work from home program and they pay well, and give a yearly incentive. The vacation is extensive, but the benefits (medical/dental) are expensive and not that good.
Pros
Salary, Incentive, Vacation
Cons
No skills, no tools, nothing to learn
