Good thing about here is just the timing. Will still have time to spend with your family and love ones.Only some respects the kitchen staffs.Kitchen got zero control on managing.Hire too many CDP but won't review the one that been loyal and keeping the kitchen run. Too proud of their coffees, but won't promote the foods that have been giving higher percentage in total daily, monthly and yearly sales.Zero knowledge on food.

After work time balance.
Cons
Long hours, top side will ask too much but wont give. Promises not met.

I started with zero knowledge of coffee but Dutch Colony have helped a load during my journey with them. They literally will teach you from scratch and slowly more into it.

Daily Callibration to be done and interacting with customers on a daily basis!
