cozy and a good place to start my career
beginning preschool teacher (Current Employee) - Singapore - May 5, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by Indeedpay is fair, lots of increment and PB. but that also comes with lots of paperwork that will eat into your personal time. colleagues are motivating and encouraging and overall a good environment to start out as a new teacher.

Good benefit but toxic colleagues
Mandarin teacher (Former Employee) - Singapore - February 4, 2023
Love E-bridge so much because of their cozy environment, systematic management, good benefits and Reggio Emilia approach . But I left there also because of the toxic colleagues environment and lack of career progression and long working hours.
Pros
Free lunch, high salary, bonuses, aws
Cons
Long Working hours, heavy workload, lack of career progression

Management team of Ps are also friendly. I’m just an admin but it was a great experience working in centre. Handles everything admin centre based. Great all-around experience and learnt a ton of things!
Pros
Free lunch if you don’t mind sch cooking. Get to interact with the kids!
Cons
Great environment if you have a great P. Bad if you get a micromanaging P. Lol.

Productive and collaborative workplace
Human Resource Executive (Former Employee) - Singapore - August 9, 2022
The director was very open to sharing and was able to learn a lot of things there. The work environment is friendly and structured. There is also fruit day once a week. But do almost the same thing every day which can be quite boring.

No proper work flow and politcal work place.
Administrative Executive at the centre (Former Employee) - Punggol - March 20, 2015
Busy with a lot of interruption. Only able to have few 3-4 hours to do admin work.
I have learned hot to deal with difficult parents at the front line.
The management has more room for improvement, with better work flow to implement and much more support is needed from the finance.
I work well with my co-workers.
Hardest part of job is to deal with difficult parents.
The most enjoyable part of the job is able to see wonderful innocent children. They will greet and give a hug to me every time they see me.
Pros

low ratio
Chinese Teacher (Current Employee) - Sengkang - December 3, 2014
General satisfied, sometimes felt tired as busy and no time or short time for rest as the break time is short. Teachers still need to do the AT's job such as toys cleaning, performing routing care and so on.
