I would give more staff benefits and give annual and end year bonus.Prioritise the job for nursing to be the patience first.All those who are recruited will be given their job title according to whatever experience and education they have.Fix proper CCTV.Get proper cleaning agency to clean the nursing homes for the hygiene and for infection control.Give special food for staffs.I will not mix their job scope or underpay the staffs.I will give respect to their education.
