Good Culture but long procurement processes
Good culture with healthy competition among employees. Benefits are good too and salary and bonuses. Challenge is really in the work we do on a daily basis and the procurement that you will have to face, as with all government jobs. If you can't deal with structure and processes, this is not a place for you.
