Good environment to learn skills

The company provides a lot of opportunities for the staff to explore and learn new skills. A good environment for inexperienced staff to build their knowledges and skills in the company for their future prospects.

This is a non friendly environment

This is a non friendly environment as most of the senior staff is not so open in job improvement, The culture here people is used to the old ways of doing things especially cross departments. When there are suggestion for changes from new staff, ideas are boycott, The hardest part of the job is when documents is needed for audit purpose there are hindrance and non co operation. The most enjoyable in the job is get to do Consolidation of Accounts , Knowing what a full picture of accounting procedure , which is a very good stepping stone for future career

Good workplace

This company is the good place for me. I have learned a lot from this company.Most of my skills gain on here especially Linux, VMware, Information Management and more. I got a lot of friends who working together with me and who's very friendly. My supervisor is a good person who ever teach and share me knowledge and skills. Overall, This is the good place in my career life.
