It is a company that does not care to clock the hours but look at the work you have done. Everyone is generally very nice here and cares about your growth.

Work Life Balance

Company has a work life balance culture. Majority of staff are out sourced and contract staff. Job is stagant with hardly any progression. High turnover especially among the nurses.

Great working colleagues (Agency nurses)

I have been working part time with this company as agency nurse since 2012. Overall is ok but just that this is a research company. Problem is, we agency nurses only have jobs when there are studies ongoing but can be out of job for few months.

Pros

The longer the working hours is better as we agency nurses are paid per hour basis

Cons

No studies means no job

Work environment and culture

A stable environment, however, not too supportive management staff. Limited career prospects and advancement. Very limited support when it comes to trouble-shooting for solutions. Very often, the finger-pointing when issues crop up get frustrating and demoralizing. Overwhelming work loads gets increasingly tough.

Pros

Stable work environment

Cons

Not too suportive management.

Meaningful Career

I was responsible forr sales and marketing of the oncology portfolio. Through understanding and identifying customer's needs, I was able to grow sales by 10-20% annually. Additionally, I cultivated KOLs to act as brand champions and resulted in a successful listing of the product in a public healthcare institution for first line treatment in lung cancer.I was also part of the team that successfully launched a new oncology product and grew usage of product with patient access program. The most meaning part of the job is knowing that my work helped helped patients buy precious time to fulfill their final wishes and spend time with their love ones in the last days
