Work Life Balance

Company has a work life balance culture. Majority of staff are out sourced and contract staff. Job is stagant with hardly any progression. High turnover especially among the nurses.

Work environment and culture

A stable environment, however, not too supportive management staff. Limited career prospects and advancement.
Very limited support when it comes to trouble-shooting for solutions. Very often, the finger-pointing when issues crop up get frustrating and demoralizing. Overwhelming work loads gets increasingly tough.
