My work consists of carrying out daily checklist to ensure that the equipment are healthy .
We have to be alert all times as we have critical equipment and can't afford any failure.

Its a competitive working environment. We need to engage in more extra task apart from our daily jobscope in order to get a good bonus or progression.
Pros
Free meal on weekends for shift personel.
Cons
Long hours, low bonus.
