Good experience gaining work place

Ethoz is a good place for experience gaining. work place culture is good with work life balance. however, it is a fast pace working environment, so long you can get use to the pace, everything else is a pcs of cake.

Poor management, bad culture comes from top down.

I've worked in a number of companies, ethoz is the only one that often threatens employees with termination. you can get terminated for having a mind of your own and disagreeing with your boss' stupid decisions. Surely ethoz wants to cut costs because ethoz is no longer a market leader because management fail to make good decisions and they are slow to react and now competitors are doing better. But they do not let go of employees in a proper manner. Instead of a proper retrenchment, they terminate staff by giving them 1 month's salary in lieu. Even the COO said that they can do it without reason as long as they follow the employment contract by paying 1 month's salary in lieu. Is this the kind of company you want to work for?
