Reviews about Salary & Benefits for Laboratory Assistant in Eurofins
Great co-workers/direct managers, poor executive management
Laboratory Assistant (Former Employee) - Leola, PA - May 9, 2022
This is the company to work for as soon as you get out of college. Spend a year there, and then look for a better job somewhere else. They do not reward you for staying, the pay is low, and they don't seem to want to change that business model.
Pros
Good way to get gmp experience
Cons
Lack of communication and lots of overtime.

Good entry level job
Lab Assistant (Former Employee) - Lees Summit, MO - April 30, 2021
It’s a good job only for recent graduates. Its hard to get promoted there. Management plays favoritism in the hiring process. Work flow is manageable
Pros
Work life...great pay and benefits

Day shift and Night shift
Medical Laboratory Assistant (Former Employee) - Centennial, CO - March 30, 2021
The benefits are great, work/life balance was fair however........you will be dealing with people whom act like they are still in high school. Management doesn't help the situation when they discuss things privately with an employee and than everyone is talking about it all around the lab. The difference between the day shift and night shift .......night shift is doing the same amount of work as the day shift with less than half the staff, they understand the meaning of "team work" and build each other up and help each each other out. The day shift is too busy gossiping, taking extremely long breaks or disappearing for large time frames just to come back and complain about co-workers being "slow" at their jobs or starting other rumors. A few of the people on the day shift were great, like the team lead, but the rest of the team will literally break you down to the point of making you question everything. All in all This would be a great place IF they could get the "kids" under control and focused on why they are there in the first place. Team building exercises (possibly a team building boot camp) should definitely be considered for the Centennial location and manager trainings are needed to have some understand what it takes to be a leader.
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Lack of teamwork
