Overall is okay. Not recommend for long term career. High turnover.Work is fun, sometimes is stress but overall is okay. Technician and operator share same jobscope.

Great place to learn . Colleagues ae friendly and helpful. The challenge will be to continuously think of ways to improve the process by lean manufacturing concept as the work may be labour intensive.

Stable, Fun place

Operator (Current Employee) - Tractor road - January 12, 2023

Good place to work , not for all departments, Salary also good with overtime. Management also good. Night Shift is the most fun and stable to Do with high incentive.
