STAFF NURSE (Former Employee) - Singapore - August 6, 2020

Favoritism and discrimination-filled work place. Unprofessional and gives promotions on non-merit (boss' favorite).Salaries are not equal, some employees are paid higher yet they do the same work as the rest.Some doctors/clients are race discriminating - they prefer locals only. Doctors will shout at nurses as if they own them.Salary, especially bonuses are way waaaaay below what other hospitals offer. Work at your own risk.

The culture of helping hand in workplace and equality to all races. Nice and fun experience. Most enjoyable part of the job is learning new things.

Been there for 2 years. It was pretty OK initialy till the arrival of some high ranking people whom overhauled the whole administration overnight. All staff then were forced to take upon various comittees membership which I think is a bit overboard. Staff aplenty were unhappy & left. Hopefully the new management can change the whole hospital administration for the betterment of the hospital

A typical day at work

Full Time Staff Nurse - ICU (Former Employee) - Singapore - July 25, 2017

We are always on a rush to provide the most optimal care for my patients. Being able to work in a private hospital setting allowed me to gain more confidence in my critical thinking skills and coordination with the doctor.
